We truly appreciate your support of our small business and want every customer to have a positive experience. Because we offer a combination of handmade art, curated items, and custom-printed products, return eligibility varies.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days with photos, a brief description, and the subject line “DAMAGED ORDER #___.” We will replace or refund eligible items. Issues caused by incorrect size/color selection, customization errors, wrong shipping addresses, or change of mind are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Items may be returnable if they are not POD, are unused and in original condition, were not customized, and the return request is made within 5 days (please use subject “RETURN ORDER #___" ). Eligible returns will receive instructions, and customers are responsible for tracked return shipping unless otherwise stated.
