I’m DD Hammer — an artist, a science geek, a wife and mom of two, and someone who believes art is one of the most honest ways we process being human. Based in Florida, I create handmade art that connects—from wearable art and wall prints to expressive home goods that bring personality to everyday moments.

My work spans many forms: flamework glass, polymer clay, fluid art, and graphic design. What ties it all together isn’t a single style or medium, but emotion. Every piece begins with a moment — peace, joy, reflection, quiet resilience, or sometimes the blunt thought I chose not to say out loud. Art is where those moments land.
 

This studio is just me. Every design, every decision, every release comes from lived experience — mine or someone close to me. I don’t search for inspiration online or follow trends. The work comes from real situations, real thoughts, and feelings that most of us recognize as our own.
 

I'm starting by offering my original designs on everyday items — apparel, prints, drinkware, phone cases, and other lifestyle goods — as a way to make the work accessible and meant to be lived with. Whether you're treating yourself or looking for unique gifts for art lovers, every piece carries intention and story. Original and curated studio pieces will come later, once I can give them the care and logistics they deserve.

Some ideas grow into series. Some stay singular. The pace is human, intentional, and allowed to change.
